Bell Ross BR01-92-BD-B-V-27 wrist watches news:
Thanks to a Facebook friend I was able to learn about this new animated short film from Disney Animation called Tick Tock Tale. It is one of those shorter cartoons that will play before a feature length movie - just like Pixar (also owned by Disney does). I am excited about this for a few reasons. One, I love to see pop-culture fascination with timepieces, and two, it is actually animation by Disney again! About a decade ago I heard news that Disney vowed to only do computer animation moving forward. Which in my mind basically was a deathblow for traditional animation. Animation would get simpler, cheaper, and the lush scenery and production values we know from mid 20ths century Disney stuff would die.Disney was more or less dead for a long time in the animation department. Instead relying on Pixar to create new content, and itself only banking on existing characters. Maybe that will chance. I am happy to see that a department called "Disney Animation" even exists! Not sure when Tick To
Hey all,Was looking at this & liking it more & more.. Especially the two-tone & 18K red-gold versions in the 41.5mm size. Has anyone seen any of the new AT's in stores yet? It's not even on the Omega website that I can find...Any out there, or will this be another Basel release that we'll maybe see 18 months after it's "release date"???
Looking at the dials of the new (2015) 42 mm ROO (Diver, Safari, etc) it is evident that the dials are no longer machined, as depicted on the AP videos. They don't have the dots and concentric lines that are the trademark of carving the tapisserie dial with a Rosette. The new dials are completely smooth, like if they had been stamped. To me, that lost a big part of the craftsmanship experience. Does anyone know why the change? Thanks!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hey everyone,Since I got my new to me vintage Seamaster, it's loosing time. So far, it's lost 2 minutes in just over a week. I'm hoping it just needs a slight regulation, but if it needs a service, can anyone recommend a good watchmaker?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi Guys,Which one of these looks like a better fit to you? Do you guys find the Daytona too small? I know these are two very different watches but I like them both ,and I¡¯m looking at another piece from a different brand and will just keep one of these , I know that the Daytona will be harder to replace but I don¡¯t want that to affect my decision. For reference wrist size is 7.25-7.3 depending on how hot it is.I¡¯ll get use out of both and like I said like them both , I¡¯m looking for your opinion on the size and fit. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
