- I did a lot of research for this watch, I bought it for my husband who is very picky and guess what He loved it even my little kid who is just 4 yrs old. Well we have to adjust the wraist band. but otherwise It's very elegant.

I picked up this Lee on the "swamp" about 2 years ago. I've been saving it for a restoration project when I can get some funds together. But 2 things about it are strange:Dial seems to have a strange "fish scale-like finish". Is this the result of aging or was the dial made like this originally?Inside caseback inscriptions indicates case was made by Solidarity. Will Roseman's web-site says Lee cases were made by Wadsworth. Is this a re-cased watch?Although movement serial number seems to be from correct period for "Lee" (Ca. 1933)?Any thoughts appreciated.Mark S.
