Bunn Special
I have been poking around this and other watch forums for a few months to feed my interest in pocket watches. I guess you could say I am an early stage novice wanna be collector trying to acquire knowledge. I have a few non working watches including a well used E. Howard. For Christmas my wife presented me with a running Bunn Special in reasonable condition. I was thrilled! She purchased it from a local retail that does mostly high end estate jewelry, they have a good reputation. They typically have about 100 or so interesting pocket watches and send the lesser ones off to dealers. I have tried to identify and learn about the exact model but can see none exactly like this. There are 2 things that seem different:1. The flip out case. I do not see this anywhere.2. The lettering on the dial is in a straight line, not curved.Could this be an assembled watch with a dial, case and movement that have been married up? Must say...I'm impressed with this mechanical chronograph!From the "electric" blue dial...Super thick case! Notice how the strap is connected very low on the tip of the lugs so the case appears even taller.Nice deep dial...Fantastic exhibition back !Just about everything I like in a watch! Curiosity satisfied...i'm keeping it

Hello to all of you. I recently was looking through an ebay to find myself a White Tissot PRC200 Chronograph Watch and I came into this listing.White TISSOT2 Chronograph Men's Watch T17.1.586.42 PRC I'm just wondering if that watch is legit, because the price is pretty low and it ships from Hong Kong. On the other hand seller has 100% feedback but from different items than watches. Can you help me find out if it legit? Or if you know any legit Ebay sellers that sell this watch at a reasonable price, please tell me. Thanks in advance.
