IWC service in NYC area
Hi. I am looking for a place in NYC/Northern NJ area where I can send my Aquatimer in for a small service, polishing the case. I had Tourneau sent it back to IWC for an estimate. It came out to $1400. They told me it's because the watch requires a service, and they wouldn't do anything else unless I agree to it (watch is 4 years old and running perfect). I declined the estimate and got it back from Tourneau. Anyone had any experience similar to this? I found a IWC repair center in Brooklyn NY on iwc. Anyone send the watch there before?Thanks in advance for any advise.

Rubber Strap for my SMPC
Hey guys, just bought and fitted this today. Sorry for the quality of the photo, just a quickie to show the strap.I'm very happy with it as it dresses down the Seamaster a tad which goes better with jeans etc plus I can always put the bracelet back on when needed. For those interested, the strap was bought from an Omega Boutique and is the 98000085 reference number, with Omega pin and buckle ref 94512012.

Updates on the Panerai Website?
I went on to the Panerai official website and failed to find the following modelsPAM 000 ---> Replaced by the PAM 1000PAM 005 ---> Replaced by the PAM 1005PAM 111 ---> I guess Panerai is moving in-house with their p.5000 movements with the PAM 510PAM 112 ---> Same case for this model being replaced by the PAM 560.Maybe different collections are shown under different websites, but I tried the international website along with some other ones like the US and not able to find these models. Any expert care to chime in?
