Teach me in brief about a Daytona!
Hi All!I¡¯m looking to buy a Daytona. In all honesty, I¡¯ve done a bit of research, still have some more to do. I thought hearing from the pros would be a good way to start.I¡¯m a big dude, 6¡¯4 and about 205. I toyed with the idea of getting a DeepSea but i already have a sea dweller and I just couldn¡¯t drop $10K on a bigger version, even though it would look great on my big wrists.So now I¡¯m looking at Daytona¡¯s. I¡¯d love to get a TT but I don¡¯t know the differences between all the different model numbers. I checked eBay pricing and it seems a decent example can be had for about $12K, although there are others that cost far more but look the same. This is where I¡¯m confused, In full disclosure I¡¯ll never sell it so I¡¯m not looking for something that will go up in value or a super rare collectors item.
