- Very nice watch. Well made and I like the looks. Great price. Wonderful for work (I'm a nurse practitioner and have to wash my hands quite a bit). AFter I adjust the size of the band, it stays high up on my wrist, away from water.

Breitling A2536313/C618 wrist watches news:
After buying a few divers and a few Lum-Tec pieces, I've had an itching for a bold dress watch. In an effort to scratch that itch I had 2 watches firmly in my sights. The Calibre de Cartier and the Frederique Constant Maxime. In my eyes they are each quite beautiful and interesting. Interesting in that they each represent their manufacturers first in-house movement. Beautiful in that they are bold, sporty and visually exciting. After deciding I needed one of these watches in my life I spent some time with each this past weekend. First up was the Calibre de Carier. This watch is stunningly beautiful in the flesh (in my eyes at least). The first surprise was just how light the watch was, it certainly didn't have that heft you expect with a watch this size. This was good because it meant the watch wore very comfortably and sat flush against my wrist. Really a pleasure to wear. Second, the movement winds quite smooth and is relatively interesting to look at in its simplicity (not captivati
The elderly owner of a small town jewelry store died and his 90 year old sister undertook to sell the remaining stock. I bought 2 never sold quartz Bulovas, one a 1980 model and the other a 1981 model. If I open them to see if the batteries have leaked, will they still be NOS? If I put new batteries in them to see if they will run will they still be NOS? I suspect that it doesn't make a lot of difference but I really don't need them in the rotation and would like to be able to say that they are NOS. Any help will be appreciated.
I just stumbled across this video. I can't believe I did see it when it was released 4 months ago! I even looked for this type of content. So last year I saw a video with the CEO reference a new in-house chrono. I've been told it would be in the ROO. Here the CEO references it again and also references two up coming directions for the RO. This new chrono movement will be in those. An informative video and maybe good things to come in 2017. https://.youtube/watch?v=P_mCHDVk
Tough to capture but my best shot...Which color do you think Rolex does better? For me the blue rules!
As I wait patiently for my Deep Sea JC to arrive I am on a search for my next watch. I know the YM II is not as popular on this site as the LVc. But the LVc and the YMII are the two watches that have my attention, and that I can get my hands on this year. So I would love to know which one you like the best. The three choices are of course the SS, TT Steel and Everose Gold, and the Yellow Gold. I like them all but I am leaning towards to the TT.Also I noticed that the YMII is in many ADs. So if you got a discount and you care to share what percentage you may have gotten off that would help me out in the buying process. If you paid MSRP that is good information as well. So show us your pics of this beautiful watch and let me know what you think of these three. Thanks in advance!
