Breitling A13358L2-C776BLLD wrist watches news:
Hi! everyone. I havn't posted in the new forum for quite a while so forgive me for just popping up out of the blue, again. I have another dumb question. I'm going to be flying from Utah to Missouri in tomorrow morning to visit a friend.Has anyone had any problems with their watches going through the metal detectors or any other weird machines they have nowadays? I havn't flown since 1980 and was just wondering what kind of effect those machines would have on my Speedmaster. Should I just take a beater with me and leave the nice watches at home? Thanks in advance to any who care to reply.
In a sense, I am disappointed with the Omega introductions and Rolex as well, but on the other hand, I am delighted.First off, My Liquidmetal LE is looking better all the time. I have never had a problem with any of the seven 2500 movements I have owned, including A, B, & C versions, so the larger, thicker 8500 movement is not an attraction for me. And Ti is a deal killer for me. With all the changes to the Planet Ocean, my LM LE will be a one-of-a-kind along with only 1947 others. Thank you Omega for making it a true collectible.Certainly, the new SMP models cannot hold a candle to the classic sword hand models. And who needs any Speedy other than the Professional with the classic Lemania manual wind movement? So bottom line: I am quite happy with my LM, my 2255.80, and my Speedy Pros.Omega's "Rolex" marketing decisions have made me ask "If Omega wants to be like Rolex, why not buy Rolex?" That is why I have recently added two classic discontinued Rolex models to my collect
..and buy a watch at its original price which would it be?I may just settle for this one -antiquorum
Another AP i tried on the other dayCarbon case with the Ceramet bezel and a crystal case back.Cool piece but still not in love with the index markers.
Hi everyone, I'm a lurker on this forum but have been a member for some time. I recently purchased a 5164a from a reputable second-hand dealer. The watch was used, albeit relatively young in age, and appeared to be in excellent condition; the dealer claimed they never retouched or polished the watch when I asked. I love the watch, h owever, a couple of days ago I noticed something odd. I noticed that the top part of the watch's bezel seemed to look a little asymmetrical, almost slightly deformed and not as angular as I expected from this watch. I've attached pictures of the watch and the deformity appears to be on the top right part of the bezel, between 12 and 1:06 o'clock. It's not easy to see, but if you look closely perhaps it becomes apparent..It almost appears to slope too much compared to the other corners of the bezel. Ever since I've noticed this, I've been obsessing over it and am honestly quite choked by it. Was this a case of an over polishing by the previous owner, therefo
