Winding Stem with a H on it

After a few years of browsing this great site, I finally decided to register. The site has certainly helped me in my Rolex journey. I am now thinking of purchasing my first Patek this year and have been researching the aquanaut over the past few months. Going by the recent threads, there seems to be a lot of interest in this particular watch.
