- I purchased this watch for my husband for Christmas. He has gone through many watches and I wanted to get him one that looked good and was durable as well. This watch is gorgeous and has been a really good watch so far.

- Noticeable in a perfect way! Not way over to top, but just enough to add a great touch to even wearing something casual. Love this!

Patek Philippe 1578 wrist watches news:
No not my watch collection but my non-watch Rolex collection. It's a marble Rolex display stand that will take pride of place on my desk.
I'm having real difficulty accessing my account.Anyone else?
I seem to recall seeing battery life on the Bulova Precisionist estimated at one year. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate? I am intrigued by the watches, but a year seems pretty short. Although, for something that runs 24/7/365, it's not bad in the grand scheme of things. Plus, if it isn't a dive watch it's not that expensive to have a battery changed. Also, anyone know if there is any kind of end-of-life battery warning on the Precisionist? I don't really mind quartz if it has a decent end-of-life indicator. A charge meter would be nice, but would it add to the drain of the battery?Lastly, it seems that watches is one of the rare hobbies wherein new technology isn't valued so much. If it were, either the Eco-Drives with bluetooth or solar atomic would have far more representation on forums!
Hi Rolex Forums,I'm new in here, so I hope that you will receive me well, I might not spell it all right, hope you can understand anyway :)The thing is that recently there was an Audemars Piguet watch at an auction at Bruun-Rasmussen auction house in Denmark where I live. Unfortunately, I didn't win the auction, but I really liked that watch so now I'm looking for another but so far I have not been able to find just a single picture of an identical watch, even after several hours of Googling. I was hoping that maybe one of you could help me with a reference number or maybe even a name. I have tried emailing Bruun-Rasmussen, but they haven't replied. I have some information about it:Casing, needles (aren't they called that?), timemarkers and buckle are all 18kt goldWhite dialDiameter is stated to be 27mmAround year 1985Caliber 2003/1Very thin - I tried it, about 3-5mm is my best guessManual winding Little blue stone on the thing that you wind it up with. Same concept as with the Cartier
After indecision for nearly a decade I finally acquired a 2015 white Daytona 116520. It's giving my immense pleasure already. Whilst already looking at the potential next purchase I can say I'd never wish to sell this watch :)
