Breitling 789 wrist watches news:
Given the status that Patek Philippe holds in the watch community, I can safely hold them to a very high standard - even in their marketing. Starting in August of 2010, Patek Philippe will roll out a new advertising campaign for its womens watches. Watch advertising is crucially important because they make important value propositions to consumers, as well as communicate essential branding information that relates to how people perceive brands and luxury watches over all. Given that, I find it hilarious when I see an ad that makes me think about having a three-way.Which is exactly what Patek Philippe's new slogan (as presented here) sounds like a pick up line for. Not just any three-way, but an inter-generational one. "Hey mom, daughterdon't you agree that something truly precious holds its beauty forever? Can I interest you two in some Champagne?" Which in the ad is proceeded by the mother and daughter clutching hands while they giggle abruptly and exchange glances. Sure they'll have
just got a PRC200 and am having problems with the date changing as scheduled. I am new to watches and don't want to return the watch before I try and trouble shoot myself. It did turn a 12 noon yesterday so I move it forward hoping to make it change at midnight but was unsuccessful. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I’ll do the year end State of the Collection report:First on deck is the Patek Philippe 5960P. Housed in a Platinum case, it has a flyback chronograph and annual calendar complication. Also, day/night and up/down power reserve indicators are usefully placed on the dial. Being recently discontinued, I feel its demand can only grow over the years.Next is the Vacheron Constantin 30051. In 18k Rose Gold, the double barrel movement features perhaps the most difficult of all complications, the Tourbillon. It also features one of the most useful complications of them all, the power reserve indicator. The third watch in the lineup is the Rolex 116138 Datejust. Cased in 18k Yellow Gold and on a black leather band with black jubilee dial, I think it looks pretty stealthy.Next is the Breguet Tradition 7027 in 18k Yellow Gold. It is still my favorite watch to wear. Modeled after the Breguet 'Souscription’ style pocketwatches of the 1700’s, the wheels and bridges are places
I was at my local Sam's Club picking up dog food and stopped to check out their watch display and there was a Swiss Military on a brown strap that caught my eye.I've never heard of that brand, is it the same as Swiss Army? So what's everyone's opinion of Swiss Military?
Hi all, I've just noticed that if I don't smoothly and quickly depress the first plunger, the stop watch hand jumps out to the five second mark and then runs normally. Has anyone else noticed that? Do I have an issue on my hands. I really hope not because this watch was away at the spa for many months getting serviced when there was some moisture under the crystal. Appreciate any advice / opinion. Thanks.
