Hands down this is a great watch! the build quality is outstanding as it should be since its . You can't go wrong with this watch. the picture does no justice for it. Once you see it in person you can't take your eyes off it. has never let me down. shipping was pretty quick too. I got it in Two days through regular postal mail. This is realy an eye catcher and will spark plenty of conversations when you wear it.

Help Me Identify A 1929 Illinois Watch?
I found this piece a few years ago at a flea market for $20 and bought because my dad is into antique clocks and watches. I recently found it in one of his drawers and decided to do some research on it. Took it to a Jeweler and they were able to get a serial number for me which I looked up and found out it was made in 1929. It has a Philadelphia Watch Case and is 14k gold filled. But I can't find if there is a specific name for this model. The serial Number is 5231275 and it is a 17 Jewel. It is in good working order as far as myself and the jeweler could tell. I know the band that is on it is from around the 50's-60's according to the person that I had look at it. I'd like to know the model name and approximate worth. Hi ! I recently bought this great watch and noticed that at night (in the dark), the numerals stay luminous for long periods (ave of 4-5 hours). Is there a lifespan to this wherein it will fade over time. Thanks !

Esrange offered up a Benrus automatic in a thread a month ago. I have had Benrus 3 star models on my list for a while but couldn't find a good match on Ebay, so I jumped. A little polish and a crown later:A few case issues aside, the dial is spectacular, the crystal polished up better than average and after prying apart the rusted two-piece stem, it has responded well to a little TLC.Its hard to get a good shot of the movement with that big rotor always in the way.Special thanks to Esrange, Joel
