Invicta 7340 wrist watches news:
We've reviewed many Christopher Ward watches since we started worn&wound, but somehow we've never reviewed one of their most popular models; the C60 Trident Pro. Well, it's time to correct that. This watch is not just exceedingly popular because of its classic diver looks, it's also because it offers a tremendous value that few other watches can compete with. Swiss made, Selitta SW200 movement, 4mm thick sapphire crystal make this $535-$635, strap option depending, a great deal.Christopher Ward doesn't dance around the inspiration of the Trident line with language like "based on a certain famous watch" they go straight for it, saying that the watch takes its cues from the 1954 Rolex GMT Master. This is clearer in the C60 Trident GMT models, as they have GMT hands and a similar bezel (though the iconic "pepsi" version seems to have been discontinued). The 3-hand model we are looking at today has more similarities to the Submariner, but in both cases C Ward has done a great job of ta
Lord knows we get enough rants about crappy sellers and retailers, and I'm as much to blame as anyone else. How about we share some stories about the good interactions we've had?I'll start with a few.To keep it watch related, Zai at Discount Watch Store (one of our sponsors) is the best. A few of us even did some reviews for him. As soon as the new Seiko Monsters hit the US I'm buying one from him. I've bought Seikos from Amazon and eBay with mixed results over the years and now I can't see buying that brand from anyone except DWS. I've also had a few great interactions with my AD recently. Used to use another store and they weren't bad, but Jay Roberts Jewelers is top notch. We even have a forum member that works there. They got my new ΩAT in long before I expected it and were very flexible with payment. I know some of us are already familiar with them but if you're not and in the NJ / Philly area let me know. This might seem trivial, but the little things count too. I h
