Tomorrow I am planning to visit my local watch guy and enquire about the cost of putting on a thick domed crystal on my Black Orient Mako XL also going to ask if he has the ability to add more lume to the markersIf this gets done I am hoping it will (at least for the time being) sate my long term dream of owning a 1990 SeadwellerIf all turns out well I might be closer to deciding on which Seiko to buy next its a toss up between the Spork and the Stargate, The Spork has a lovely size and timeless looks and the better movement (I might be wrong here) whereas the Stargate is more avant garde sits low on the wrist and has lovely domed glass and if I'm not mistaken signed crown. So if my Mako mod happens it might be the precursor to a similar mod to the Spork if I do get her.In the meanwhile I'd like to request members to please post pics of their mods of their watches.Thanks in advancezach

From what I gathered on the Internets, the model may not be the most popular offering from Omega. Yet, I happen to like it very much. At 38mm it sits perfectly on my wrist and I may consider it at some point of time. What do current owners have to say?
