Breitling AB011012-M524SS wrist watches news:
Greetings all,Well, it's been a long time coming, having been a watch nut since childhood, but I finally got my first Omega. While I had a Speedmaster Professional and a Planet Ocean on my list, I stumbled across this NOS Speedmaster Day-Date (discontinued in late 2007 as far as I can tell). As is the custom, here's a photo! :-)
Vintage HAMILTON GOLD FILLED "WARD" MODELPrice $300USA Lancaster PA made Hamilton wrist watch and it is a Hamilton signed "Ward" case. This case is gold filled with a nearly perfect snap in stainless steel back. As the scan shows you there are no personal engravings on this case at all. The length is 37mm long lug to lug and without the crown it is 25mm wide. The case serial number is S563787. The movement is freshly cleaned , oiled and timed as it is a Hamilton manual wind caliber 747 with 17 clean jewels. The scan doesn't really show you but this is a high damaskeened movement and extra extra clean. The band is 16mm in width and new never worn. The year this Hamilton was produced is 1957. On a closing note I just want to point out the dial has patina changes as it is 100% original never touched and the crystal is glass and original as well.Courtesy of our sponsor Darlor Watches

Currently have:AP15400 white faceRolex SubCOmega Blue SeamasterGO PanomaticLunarGrand Seiko SnowflakeGrand Seiko SBGA105 spring drive Grand Seiko SBGV005 HAQGrand Seiko SBGJ005 hi beat GMTThinking of thinning the Grand Seikos down to 2 (Snowflake and Quartz) and then looking to add a Nauitulus or possibly ROO titanium. Thoughts?
Hi all.I'm the proud owner of a new SD43 and, because I'm really loving this watch, have posted a few pictures of it in a few different threads. This picture has triggered a few opinions on the proper way to wear a wrist watch.I had one guy tell me it's way too tight and that I should loosen it up a bit. Another member asked how I could possibly wear the watch that low on my wrist. He went through the trouble of drawing me a diagram on the traditional placement of a wrist watch. These comments had nothing to do with the thread topics. I did a quick Google search of Rolex wrist shots and see a lot of watches low on the wrist. So, is there a traditional way to wear your Rolex? Low or high - loose or tight? Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
