Breitling A2336035/BA68 wrist watches news:
Many thanks for taking the time to read my thread......presently I have a couple of Rolex's which have served me well but I have always wanted to own a Patek Philippe ......I have seen a couple on Chrono 24 ......one is a 3520J in France ($6020) and the other is 3923 in Germany $7678 both with dealers in fine watches. I would really value somebody who understands PP to give me some advice on these two watches. The 3520J has stated that the strap and buckle and not original which I assume has a major effect on value. Many thanks in advance for any advice you¡¯re able to give me
Well, I know this should probably be in the J & A, but I've been checking here the most lately, so will post this here. Perhaps move it in due course?Anyway, I have been slowly saving towards a nice watch when I'm in Australia later this year, but there's a sale at the Jewellers where I bought my Casio SeaPathfinder in 2005, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to have a look .I spotted a watch in the window and asked for a look, and as they say, the rest is history....It's a Citizen EcoDrive Cal. J304 WorldTime, and it ticks so many boxes for me I couldn't say no - about the only thing more I hoped for was a moonphase complication, but it's not a major problem.Did I mention it was HALF PRICE .It has a large date window - something I've admired in a few of the watches posted here.It also features a simple to operate second time zone (the flyback 24hr crescent at the bottom of the dial - set it for the hour in another zone and use the minute hand on the 'normal' dial), as well as
Not exactly, what I'm looking, but it does have the large date and month. Plus it is an annual calendar, which means, I think, it needs to only be change on Feb 28th....?A really nice movement from ML, with 49 jewels and adjusted to 3 positions (I think).Local jewelery store has what I consider a great deal on since it is a discoed model. If it just didn't have that chronograph....Would this be a watch you'd buy because of the movement, despite the dial not being exactly what you are looking for?In my price range, it seems I can find I dial I like, but the movements are common ETA's (of which there is nothing wrong, but I'm, depending upon the second, looking for an in house movement ) or I find an in house movement, but the dial isn't exactly what I want.Screen Shot 2013-07-04 at 3.33.55 PM.jpgScreen Shot 2013-07-04 at 3.44.05 PM.jpgHmm, doing a little research. The ML-15 movement might be based off the ETA 2892-A2 movement, with a bunch of jewels added. Seems it has been disconti
.breitlingsource/watch...itimer_97.html Same as this one, anyone got an opinion on it? I bought it as i'm a fan of the Navitimer but have never seen one of these before, The more complicated movement looks awsome when the minutes tick by!
They are really fast :) in January I told them to look for a 5990 for me, and here is it. I will shoot later some pictures of the watch. I never tried the watch before, bought it without to see it. But it's really amazing. For me at the moment the best PATEK. Two time zones, perfect for travelers. Thick housing. Absolutely sporty. Maybe over priced :) but hey, we are all crazy, I don't need to explain that. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1424198772.923605.jpg
