What IWC to get?
My fiancee is getting me a watch as a engagement present, ideally i would love a big pilot but there is no way in the world she could afford that so my choices are down to the following - IWC Portuguese Chrono Automatic Steel Mens Watch IW371438IWC Pilot Chrono Automatic IWC3717-01 what are your thoughts? the Portuguese is more expensive and much dressier while the Pilot is more of a day to day watchwhat do you think will hold its value better? or what is the more versatile piece that i will get more wear out of?

Speedmaster differences - help please
Hello...posted a couple of previous posts , but now I am pretty close to pressing the button on a Speedmaster - one problem though - there is a few of them , and since the shops do not have most of them , its only looking at pics and specs on websites - and ofcourse your helpFirstly the relevance of the professional in a speedmasterAlso , what are the major differences between these3210.50.00 0 -40mm so slightly smaller than others but I think it will do, has date , but is automatic at a good price - the face looks like it has a lighter black circle in the middle ( GBP 1560 )3220.50.00 - has day too , otherwise very similar to above , GBP 1810 )3570.50.00 - Cheapest Pro , same price as above , no date , 42mm , ,manual wind which in my eyes is a small negative ( GBP 1920 )311.30.44.50.01.002 - the Pro , 44mm , co axial system , still not sure if it means same as automatic but I think both are movement wound , the Pro face seems slightly cleaner and it has a glass back , GBP 2870311.30.4

PAM 390 vs. PAM 372
I need a little advise... I made my first Panerai purchase this summer and secured a PAM 390. It has solid Panerai DNA look to it and the tobacco dial with the gold hands is a wonderful combination. I wish it had the sandwich dial and as a result, I am considering selling my 390 to get a 372. They look identical except for the sandwich dial, the size (44mm vs. 47mm) and the crystal. It is a fair chunk of cash more expensive and is not near as limited. There is also the question of whether my wrist can carry the 372. For the purpose of this question, let's assume I can carry the size. What choice would you make or guidance would you provide me.If it matters, I also picked up a PAM 005 for a more daily wear.Thanks
