Breitling c71340LA/ba16-1zd wrist watches news:
I thought I made the trade of the century!!Panerai luminor..gorgeous!!So, Im wearing it..we walk into a dark resteraunt, im swinging this thing onmy arm with severe pride!! I look down because its glowing like a fire fly!!Just the hands...bummer!! The numbers are not glowing, just the hands!I was heart broke!! couldnt even eat!! Sitting there staring at the menu, knowing..I JUST GOT GOT!!! Im now the proud owner of the finest copy Ive ever seen.
So I wanted to ask a question that I hope isn't touchy or anything for anyone...if it is I apologize. I was just wondering if there are any places in particular that you buy your watches. This year I've bought 3 watches from Overstock(all Jacques Lemans), 2 from Amazon(Invicta and Citizen Eco Drive) and 1 from Costco(Invicta). I tend to think that the web is where I'm going to get the best prices but wanted to see if there were any speciality sites or stores you use here in the U.S. or abroad. I noticed a thread earlier about buying direct from Orient at half off or something to that effect and was a bit suprised. I was at Macy's tonite looking at Seikos and thinking "no way in hell would I buy here and pay full price". While I definitely am all for paying for quality it's definitely NOT in me to pay full price either. Thanks in advance for your input.

I'm wrapping up an awesome spring break in Arizona and for the first time traveling took my ROC on its bracelet. At home, I've found it great for everyday wear but during my travels, I have run into wrist swelling problems. And of course with no micro-adjusting clasp, there were times I just couldn't wear it. I don't know all of the physiology, but am guessing the frequent changes in altitude and hydration make your wrist change in size frequently.I don't really want to bring a watch kit (screwdrivers, extra links, etc) when I travel. So in the future, I'm wondering if this is a time to put it on a strap or go with another watch altogether. The low WR rating is also a reason it may not be an ideal single travel watch. I love my ROC, but it doesn't do me any good in its travel box. I know there are a lot of frequent travelers on TRF so was wondering what others do in this situation. love it, I think it's better than any Rolex made!
