Breitling Breitling 8323 wrist watches news:
Why just 25 pieces Kobold? I mean this watch is really quite nice. While I appreciate the "Avantgarde" designation, this watch isn't that weird. I could easily see myself wearing it daily. I wonder what other styles of straps it would well on? Well for just 25 pieces, they are pricey. Is that Kobold's way of recouping the development cost for the piece? Well, I will tell you what you need to know, and then you can decide whether it is too expensive. Either way, very pretty timepiece. The most avant garde aspect of this Soarway GMT is the bezel. The uni-directional diver's bezel has but one indicator on it. At the top, with a lume dot and a black ring around the "eye" just like "Alex" in A Clockwork Orange. Plus the whole bezel with its notches (like eyelashes) and the dial color contrast reminds me of this iconic "man with single eye in drag" look. Fake eye lashes on a man trying to be a man never did quite look as good since the film. In fact, I am going to dedicate the the Kobold Soar
EDIT: Problem has been resolved. Unit operates as intended...read below for more information.I recently bought a Orbita Sparta One Tesla direct from Orbita at a discount. It was used in some beta testing and said to have some minor surface blemishes. It arrived on Friday and looks near perfect. I`m happy about that. The problem is that it clicks when the rotor releases and starts the watch swinging back and forth. Compared the the relative silence of the rest of the operation, the click is actually pretty loud. The winder is on a table in the bedroom and the clicking has woken me up a few times already. When I first heard the sound, I thought that my watch had fallen out and hit the table. It`s actually just the winder clicking right before it starts swinging.Has anyone experienced this before? Do I need to adjust the cup in the winder somehow or should I just call Orbita and go from there? Like I said, it`s a beta test unit with supposedly only cosmetic issues...I`m assuming the warra
OK this is going to be my last watch purchase as I have allready pick up my grail. I am looking at the 2010 LUM-TEC M-24 or the MKII PARADRIVE OR LRPP. I am not looking to bash anyone here I would preferr to hear from someone who allready owns both brands, I fully realize that the final choice is what speaks to me but the problem is I have to buy these sight unseen which causes the whole problem. Since they are both in the same price range I;m looking at QUAILTY as the first and service a close second. So please let me know what you like and dislikeThanks Mike
Curious what your thoughts might be on trading a RO 15400 for a ROO? I was looking at either the Safari, Panda or the Navy as it is my fav color. Any thoughts, suggestions, perhaps other considerations? Value-wise, is it a smart thing to do?I'm interested in a leather strap rather than bracelet. I like my 15400 and would be very happy keeping it, but curious what you all think about the trade.
