Breitling a1336410/c805-1cd wrist watches news:
You may not know it, but aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer is on a new web host now, but the work is far from over. I was up all last night working on this, and things still need "a fixin'." Until there will be some limited functionality and features on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. Don't worry though, things are being smoothed out and improved over time. In the next several days it will all be better. Trust me, this is much harder on me, than it is on you!
This is an original Rolex Explorer with a DATE window! We know that the Explorer II has a date, is almost all other Rolex model under the Sun, but it was always disturbed us our favorite Rolex was missing such a simple and useful function. Often but rarely seen, this watch is an absolute dream for a large number of Rolex sports watch collectors, including at least a member of the team of Hodinkee (so buy quickly until it gets to it!).

I usually take a shot of the inside of the caseback and movement for my records, and then check the serial numbers for approximate date of manufacture with this website:Dating IWC International Watch Company serial numbers date..So I figured why not do the new IWC? First, gotta get it out of it's drawer. Then pop that sucker open.Hmmm, movement serial number 1784442 - 1965 to 1970.and case serial number 1891702 - 1960 to 1972.Looks like the movement was 1965-ish and installed into a case a year or two later. Maybe I got lucky and it's another birthyear (1966) watch! Guess it's time to check into that a little more.
