Well friends it’s going to be a great week…off to Geneva tomorrow early morning and should be in Le Brassus for lunch Monday. Thank you to Audemars Piguet for arranging the entire 4 day trip and the hospitality that goes along with it.Highlights over the three days include:- AP Private Museum Tour - AP HQ Visit and Tour- AP Manufacture Tour - AP Masterclass (Discussion of full AP history/watches/watchmakers, etc)- Presentation of AP collection (I've been assured I'll see V2 Schumacher--we'll see)- Piguet Renaud & Papi visit- Meeting Francois and other AP execs - Fantastic lunches, dinners, cocktail hours and meeting some other great AP aficionados (one other TRF member is on this trip as well).Also have an extra day in Geneva on the backend of the trip that I plan to spend the day seeing as many boutiques, PP museum, FP Journe, etc…will be a busy (and hopefully not too expensive) day.Should be a fun trip and I will try and update every night with pics and highli

If you could only have one of the AP Royal Oak Offshore Chrono 44mm...
Looking at my next grail and I have narrowed it down to the AP Royal Oak Offshore Chrono 44mm that was introduced in 2011. I start out wanting the SS version then there were threads on the CF version and my mind was fixed on getting a carbon fiber variant. But now after seeing more threads on the RG version I think I found the sweet spot. (note to self, stop reading these AP incoming threads LOL). Would like to know what my fellow TRFers would choose if it came down to this watch and in which metal and why.
