- Great watch that looks just like the pictures. The rubberlike band is great for someone that doesn't like leather bands and/or has many metal band watched already. Great watch for the price.

Breitling 2907 29 wrist watches news:
As proudly stated on their dials, all Rolex timepieces manufactured today are?certified chronometers, meaning that every single one of them has been?rigorously tested for?timekeeping accuracy. With that in mind, we could ¨C and perhaps we do ¨C take the accuracy of a Rolex watch for granted, so now let's take a look back in time and discover how Rolex have created?the first chronometer certificate wristwatch ever, tested and awarded?by the incredibly demanding Kew Observatory exactly 100?years ago. Those intrigued by the provenly superior accuracy of timepieces will surely?be familiar with COSC (Contr?le Officiel Suisse des Chronom¨¨tres), the official Swiss chronometer testing institute that has been issuing certificates since 1973. The history of chronometer certification goes back hundreds of years however,?as these?clocks and pocket watches?of exceptional quality and timekeeping performance?actually served as navigation instruments?on the decks of ships sailing across the seas. Hey guys,I was looking for a book I lent my dad in his room and I came across a plastic bag with watches printed on. Out of curiosity, I checked it out and found a Baume and Mercier Classima Executive watch that my brother gave to him and this gem: A C Shape Constellation! I read that it was designed by Gerald Genta.I never saw him wear this watch since I've always remembered him wearing Rolexes and the occasional Piaget Polo or IWC Ingeneur. But, then again, I wasn't born in the 60's so I may have missed it. hahaAnyway, the thing still works! Although I can't seem to set the time if I turn the crown clockwise, but I can set the time going in reverse. I now plan to have the movement restored at Omega. I hope they won't charge me an arm and a let for it, but even if it did, I still think it's totally worth it since it was my dad's. Size-wise, it's about perfect for a dress watch. Although, there are extremely few occasions where I can wear an all-gold watch. Still, it looks like it's go
Every brand will have lemons and occasional bad service experiences. That said, even ignoring the Internet, the people I talk to have universally slow experiences with PP service, and a higher rate of problems than I hear about other brands.I know probably 100 Rolex/AP/ALS/JLC owners in real life. Very few complaints overall. I know 10-12 Patek owners in real life, and nearly 100% complain about 8 months or longer for a standard service, watches going back 2-3 times before they give up and just sell them. I know one 9 figure net worth collector who sold all his PP and has completely sworn off the brand entirely.Am I living in some bizarro world with crazy bad luck, or is this the norm and TRF Patek owners just learn to live with it? Are people flipping watches so often they never have to deal with service? There are a number of Pateks I really like, but I'm not looking to spend 6 figures on watches to voluntarily sign up for frustration. Put me at ease or talk me out of PP, please.
Hi AllI am asking for your opinions on this 1961 GMT Master 1675 PCG with NON Chapter Ring GILT Dial. For Reference the Watch Has Original Chronometer Paperwork Dated NOVEMBER 1961I have read previous threads on TRF in regards to the NON Chapter Ring Gilt Dial is too late for this PCG Case. The serial on this watch is 665,XXXThis watch also looks like it has the extended 2.3MM Mini 24 Hour Hand As is sits on the dial where the Chapter Ring would usually be??Is it possible the watch was produced with the Chapter Ring Hand Set but a NON Chapter Ring GILT Dial??I have read some information on the GMTMASTER1675 website which in my opinions states that there were early PCG Cases with the NON Chapter Ring Dial In, You may tell me different!LINK TO GMT Master 1675 https://gmtmaster1675/non-chapter-ring/THIS IS THE TEXT ON THE WEB PAGE THAT MAKES ME WONDERThe move away from chapter rings began and 1963 and while collectors continue looking back to them, Rolex hasn’t. So, I really want a SS Daytona but we know that's not going to happen. I've owned a TT Sub and a SS/platinum Yacht Master so I'd like something I haven't had before. I like the looks of the Sea Dweller Deep Sea and its larger size....but thinking of it as a bridge to the Daytona when they are not in such high demand. How is the SD for resale? Will the value hold up in 2 years?Or am I better off going back to a SS Sub for resale puroses? Thanks, Mike
