- Love this watch and every time I wear it I get compliments on it; the only minor complaint is that it feels a little heavy and bulky.

Breitling 80250 wrist watches news:
I had a walk today, the lighting was quite good and I just couldn't get my eyes off my Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, Ref. 231.10.39.21.06.001. I took a couple of wristshots and zoomed into them to show a couple of those beautiful details: Have a nice Sunday afternoon!
Guess what I got in the mail today.Looks like it took a dip in the PO¡¯s double caramel macchiato. This is after some work with toothpick and fingernail. Not as good a bargain as Salleh's. I paid at least $10 just for the scratched up conical crystal. It's really hard to get a good photo with that on.I¡¯ll even bet Doug knows what the next step is for this little beauty. Am I too far gone if I hunt down a watch based on a dial I have in my parts box?Joel
This was an interesting auction:cgi.ebay/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_6232wt_1167It's a very nice watch, probably from the 60's or early 70's with a caliber 885. I track as many of these as I can on eBay because I own the predecessor to this watch. What's interesting is that up until recently these usually sold for $750 - $900 and the average selling price was in the low $800 range. Vintagehamiltons and I watched one many months ago sell for in this neighborhood also. However, this is the 2nd one in the last few months to sell for over $1000. This one is nearly pristine, and if you look at the pictures the black dot near the 3:00 indice is obviously on the crystal and not the dial - you can tell by how it seems to change locations at different angles in the pictures. The last one was an obvious redial (we discussed it back in the summer) and sold for $1100. Granted, gold has increased so that's some of the reason. Wombat also tipped me off to a vintage Longines Conquest that sold for
stopped in traffic and wondering if wearing multi coloured shirt and bee at same time works.....what do think guys ?
Was taking a photo for my website and thought i would share. here is an updated groupshot of my collection.. funny thing is that the entire collection is worth less than the cost of a vintage sub As i've said before, omega vintages represent phenominal value for money
