Breitling A26322 wrist watches news:
I have a PO, co-axial chronometer and love the watch.....except when I put it down! (both for the love of it and this issue....)I wear the watch everyday to work and only take it off during the night while sleeping, the power reserve (PR) lasted and the watch kept on ticking. Well on Friday, I get home around 4pm and took off the watch, well this morning I notice the second hand was not moving, well it seemed that the PR was exhausted around 11:00 pm last night (date still from yesterday). I know that this watch has a PR of 48 hours...but 7 hours? And I normally work at a computer during the day - not much hand motion. On weekends that I do NOT plan on wearing it, I put it in a watch winder, it rotates it both counter and clock wise on timed iterations (NOT all the time moving)....on these weekends and by Monday morning...it is still keeping time.Should I be concerned or should I just visit the bathroom more during the day to get some motion into the watch? Thanks in advance!Mike
I'm wearing this newly arrived Townsend picked up quite inexpensively...one of my lowball bids that held. The dial looks decent but very dirty with age. My watch doc should be able to clean it up nicely without redoing it. I sense a new theme developing for backgrounds so I thought I'd give it a try.
I've been interested in getting a silver metal G-Shock (digital, solar and atomic) for a while since all my other G's are black metal and/or black resin, but the ones that are all metal are way too expensive and mostly analog or ana-digital. The ones that are affordable have way too much silver/gray resin showing on the case I wanted something that gave the appearance of being all metal. The other day I stumbled across a GW610DAJCP-1. I'd never seen or heard of it before, but it had what I was looking for and was at a good price, so I jumped on it.I'm happy with it: it's bright and blingy and probably the dressiest G I've ever seen. The case has a standard G-Shock's thickness, but is smaller in diameter than any of my other G's, though it's lug to lug length is equal to or greater than some of my bigger G's. The upper part of the case is all metal and the lower half silver resin, but from the front it appears at first glance to be all metal the bits of silver resin that show
My dad gave me another shoe box full of old watches yeasterday . I have been going through them seeing what needs to be tossed and what runs. Found a old Waltham 53 in the box in very good condition and for the last 24 hours has been doing very well. It has a 10k bezel and the face is a soft gold with gold markers. Any information on this watch would be appreciated.
After a few years of owning my speedy 3572.50, I'm ready to try a strap to dress it down a little. I really like the gold brown straps against the speedy black face. Couple of questions.......1. What size strap do I get? 18mm or 20mm?2. I have been looking at this particular strap. Thoughts on how it will look on the speedy? Thanks for any help!
