Breitling 2110 wrist watches news:
Does anyone have an understanding of when the faceted crystal made its emergence on the wristwatch scene? I am guessing it was done for the aesthetic quality it gave to watches. But, I think there would be much less brassing on the high points of rare vintage gf models if more faceted crystals would have been used.
Was in the Reno airport last week, and was pleasantly surprised to come across this scene...
I posted a thread a few weeks back how I finally traded my Daytona for a RO. I had the watch shipped to Santa Fe, where I was getting married, so I didn't have it when I made the thread.I then didn't want to take it on my honeymoon because I didn't want to deal with sand and sunscreen on it. So I FINALLY will have it on my wrist for more than 4 days, and had the opportunity to take some pics after being gone for the past 2 weeks.Big thanks to all of you enablers on here! The wrist shot, I love how this wraps around my wrist perfectly! uploadfromtaptalk1437343633444.jpguploadfromtaptalk1437343685632.jpgI could stare at it for hours - and that's before I even take a look at that sweet backside.uploadfromtaptalk1437343708695.jpgWhere I was 2 weeks back for the wedding. uploadfromtaptalk1437343803772.jpgAll last week.uploadfromtaptalk1437343854597.jpgSent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk

Hi guys,Firstly, I would like to say hello to everyone on the forum - happy to be here.Right, I need to buy a new strap for my 2013 yellow gold Daytona but I'm in two minds whether to purchase a black or brown strap.Currently, I have a brown strap on it but wanted to hear other peoples opinions.I prefer brown, whereas my misses prefers black. What do you guys think?Thanking you all in advance.Kind regards,Dara
