- The watches look very nice and I would recommend them to my friends. The watch was a little too shiney but for the price it is still a good deal.

Breitling A1337011/C792SS wrist watches news:
Hi everybody - I'm new here. My name is Dan and I'm from Birmingham UK.A long time ago I was left a watch by my Grandad. He was in the RAF and I believe he bought the watch abroad.Anyway, I was hoping that somebody on here might be able to tell me something about it? I'd love to learn more.I have never seen another Omega with a box like this - it's leather with a suede inner. It's probably pretty common to you guys though. Also most other vintage pie-pan (hope I got that right) omegas seem to have a 3 o clock date too and this one doesn't.I'd appreciate any feedback on the watch, and an estimate of worth as I want to name it on my home insurance policy. Thanks in advance everybody.Dan

Here's a slightly updated version, posted for Molle and other GS lovers. Do note that photos are lifted from the net, as I have not invested in capable photographic equipment. I wanted a "best in the business" watch that suited my taste and spending power while delivering world class performance. It must also be able withstand the ravages of [sic] time because I'll like
I'm going with the invicta 2812 again, hence it's nickname "the grunt"
Well last week I got my GMT II back from the RSC. Something kept bugging me though, the bezel inset was off by half a click. So today I ran it up to the AD. While waiting for the watchmaker to decide if it needed to go back to the rsc I started looking around. At the breitling counter I saw the Datora for the first time in real life. Needless to say I have been a frequent flyer in the AD and bought a pile of rollies in the last few months and when the owner came up he said there is a story to that watch followed by something I hate to hear I will take care of you on it. Long story short they sent the GMT II back to Rolex, I put my speedy (which I had in case they were sending my GMT to the rsc) back in my pocket and said done. I have been on the fence about the Daytona and it actually does not do it for me, but I love chronographs and this watch has everything. Month, Date, Day, 24hr hand and a chronograph to boot. Anyhow I have punched my Breitling ticket and couldn't be happier.
I met Capt. Gene Cernan of Apollo 17 (second from left) a few years back in Houston. He speaks passionately about man returning to the moon. Very nice guy. Here is a close up of Buzz Aldrin's Speedie.
