How I spent Thanksgiving afternoon...
My wife wanted me to teach her how to play poker. I'm not sure how much trouble that's going to be in the future but we had a good time with the lesson.First I taught her that you can win even if you only have the high chronograph on the table.Then I taught her that a pair of chronographs is a better hand.Even better is a pair of chronographs and a pair of anti-magnetics.She learned that three from the Submariner family is a great hand.Finally, the best hand that she would see on a regular basis is three from the Sub family and two from the GMT II family.It would be nice to see this pot if you had this hand.Right?

COSC paper work with a new Breitling
With my new Breitlitng I got a COSC certificate with no test data on it. It just says that the movement passed the test. Has anyone gotten the actual COSC test data for their watch? If you want the information do you have to request it? If so does anyone know how much it cost to get it? I know another brand that I got that was also has a COSC movement you just got a card. If you want the data you can order to and it cost close to $50.00. I am not willing to pay for the test results. The watch is running within COSC specifications. It would just be interesting to see.Thanks for any input on this.

Royal Oak Offshore - am I missing something?
Wanted to ask the member their views on the AP offshore Royal Oak series. To me they are not the most attractive tool watches and bloody expensive. Do they have special movements etc which warrant this price?
