Base 22 GA Setting question
Hi Guys,I¡¯m a new member here, but I¡¯m a TZ regular. I¡¯m glad there is a dedicated Glycine forum here! I just acquired a base 22 GA which is my second airman, the first being the airman 8. I like the watch but I¡¯m having some difficulty training myself to read the time correctly. I followed the Glycine setting directions which are not written well and I want to see if I¡¯ve done it right. I¡¯ve set the blue hour hand (12 hours )to my local time and the 24 hour hand to my local time as well. The bezel is set to GMT. As a look at the time my eye naturally wants to follow the arrow hand (24 hour) to tell the time in the 12 hour format. I¡¯m having difficulty focusing on the blue hand (12 hour) to see the time in the 12 hour format. I¡¯ve read several articles and posts about how GA is different from the GMT model in terms of functionality, compared to the GMT but I¡¯m not seeing it, it seems to be the same.
