Breitling A1732124/BA61-leather-black-tang wrist watches news:
Hi guys,I'd like to share a recent acquisition with you if I may - a 1940 Omega (CK 2099) with a 30 T1 movement. This is actually my first vintage watch and has really got me into the scene. The stand out for me is the dial - although it has a few chips and a bit of patina (lets call it character!) I love the royal blue and gold bulls-eye design. The detail is superb in my opinion and even the hands look like a piece of art! It has a stainless steal case and the movement looks nice and clean (it'll be going for a service shortly). You'll also note that an Omega extract of archives is included in the third picture. Whilst expensive for what it is I couldn't resist sending off for a record of a watch which is so old/special to me from the manufacturer. I don't ever intend to sell it so this is nice to have to keep with the watch. So please add any comments/opinions that you may have, any information on the 30 T1 movement would be appreciated also. All in all not to bad for its 71 years,
Merry Christmas & a Happy & a Healthy New Year to all the watch affcionados.
Every time I decide and fill my funds for a expensive Longines, something happens...extra costs that I did n`t planned...am I superstitious or it or is not written for me to buy a decent Swiss new watch?I`m starting to be dissapointed....Help me!
It's an amazing watch and Just looking for getting one ASAP it's available in the market. Thanks.
Hi experts,My simple question is this: How long should I expect my watch to run on one full winding as I am new to manual winding watch. Thanks for your inputs.
