It's strange how sponsorship pairings just click sometimes. Intentional or no, every once in a while, a team and their sponsor will resemble each other beyond the superficialities of brand partnership, and the resulting synergy can produce some truly great successes. A great example of this in the watchmaking world is the 11-year partnership between Oris and Williams Grand Prix Engineering. A friend of mine bought a Armani AR 4201 watch. It then stopped working. For some reason the houer pointer gets stuck at 55. I am very interested in mechanical watches so I told him I could open it and try to see if I could figure out what was wrong. But I wont grantee I wont break it even further. That was ok with him so now I have opened the watch. Took it a part and wean I was taking it apart this loong thin thing that almost looked like a key came loose and I did not see were it came from. It looks something like this: .-' anyone ever opened a rolex and know were to place it? Here are some pictures of my problem and the watch. This is the part I can not figure were to place.Hope anyone can help me with this.
I've just picked up a 5167a. Really liking the standard strap but I'm interested to see photos of them on different straps. Would you mind posting up photos if you've done this? Thanks
I'm wondering if I'm the only guy on here. I'm guessing some of the wives do ... decided to do something different.
