Tissot Lets You Try on Virtual Watches in Real Time 3D
Tissot has added 3D augmented reality technology to its website, allowing visitors to try on virtual watches in 3D and to interact with features on the brand’s pioneering Touch collection. When visitors hold their wrist in front of their webcam, they see themselves “wearing” virtual 3D watches in real time. 28 watch variations from the Touch collection are available to try on, including the new Sailing-Touch, T-Touch Expert and Sea-Touch. Beyond seeing how the watch looks on their wrist, visitors can experiment with the touch screen features of the watches, including the diver functionality of the Sea Touch and the altimeter, meteo (barometer), compass and thermometer of the wider ranges. Videos showcasing the features of each style run alongside the visual of the watch on the wearer¡¯s wrist. Scratching the Itch...
...with a "cheapie". Customs taxes here in Russia make it unmanageable to have any watch over $200 shipped here (for something over $200, you're looking at around 70% customs ). So, every time I get back to the States I stock up on the watches I'd been looking at the previous year. It's too long to wait.There are a lot of pretty nice watches out there for under $200, of course, so I'm thinking of ordering one just to scratch that itch.Anyone else out there buy a lower-price watch to feed the addiction while they're waiting to get something more expensive?Or am alone in my "shakes"?

Possible Sector Dial for the 5170?
Well we have seen Arabic markers on the 5070, Roman numerals on the 5170J and Breguet markers on both versions of the 5170G. Aren't we ready for a sector dial chrono for a 5170P? Would love a light colored laceur dial with blue markers and hands. (Pic is not mine and could not find the source but this is a beautiful vintage chrono Ref 130)

Watch is loose on wrist all of sudden
Hey all. First post but have lurked for a while. I have a Black Sub with no date. It's got the ceramic bezel with the folding safety clasp. My wife bought it for me as a gift a couple of years ago while she was in Geneva. I've worn it everyday ever since. Love it. So yesterday I noticed the watch is much looser on my wrist. I can spin it around on my wrist. At first I thought it was in my head but it's been driving me nuts all day today. I went so far as to weigh myself to see if maybe in lost weight. Nope. Steady at 192 pounds. It seems like it's about a half link looser. I remembered that while hunging my wife the day before yesterday, I heard a snap from my watch. Like the clasp engaged. Thought nothing of it but now I think maybe the clasp adjustment moved. Is it possible that the clasp adjustment moved? Is this easy to adjust back? Can you direct me to online instructions how to?
