Just in Cornavin Dolphin
This branding of the Cornavin's Dolphin watches were manufactured during the late 1960’s to early 1970’s.At this time many watch manufactures were designing watches that looked more futuristic. This was done due to the space race and man landing on the moon. One company that went futuristic crazy was Rado. Rado also had a branding logo a horse. Many companies like Cornavin followed their example and stated making some innovated designs and they used the Dolphin as their branding logo. However I think their logo looks more like a Marlin or a Swordfish.This watch needed some care. It was running fast and I corrected that “used iPhone Kello app. it worked ok”. The case and the crystal were also scratched up. I’m going to use this watch as an example of a post on How to polish Stainless Steel and another post on polishing plastic watch crystals. These posts will be coming at a later time.The before images were taken off of the original eBay listing.

I have been really really really struggling with not buying a watch, I told myself I was going to wait and enjoy my grand diver........and for the most part I do and I have, but I was cruising the internet and found this really appealing "Panerai" homage, it's got a great movement in it, looks good, and I think it would get some decent wrist time. Also where is the best place to buy straps online? I will be in Miami in the very near future so that is an option also!
