Cartier WE902053 wrist watches news:
It is a bit of a story but I have a Rolex that was purchased in 2003 and has never been worn. Does it still need oiling because the recommended five years has passed? Is there a way to do the oiling without the complete disassembly recommended by Rolex?
Happy Friday Forum, a website I frequent has these brands discounted at reasonable prices.Christophe SkyeAndre GiroudI do not know much about these pieces, except they have reasonable prices for chinese automatic movements.does any forum member have any experiences with Chinese Automatic Movements? Thanks.
My primary wearer is a SubC, I'm looking to add a watch that has a rubber strap, and after going through a bunch of brands (IWC, Panerai, Breitling), I think I've come to the conclusion that I want an Omega. The Planet Ocean is my leading contender and there are some decent deals out there. I'm torn between the 43.5 & 45.5 as well as chronograph/no chronograph. The watch won't be daily, maybe 1-2x a week, and used for beach/pool/vacation as well.I like these in no particular order:https://.omegawatches/watches...3232465101005/https://.omegawatches/watches...1532442101001/https://.omegawatches/watches...1533442101001/https://.omegawatches/watches...1532465101001/I think the first one listed is an older model and on the older 9300 movement? I've been doing as much reading as I can, but any Omega experts want to educate me or weigh in with an opinion, it would be much appreciated!Cheers!
.......... Accessory!Went browsing this afternoon with my wife. I was wearing my 5712g and tried a few watches on: 5140g, 5235g, 5146g and p etc..But something got me really exited! And it was not the watches.... The lovely lady offered it to me!I spent the afternoon scrutinising my watch and discovering things i had not seen before. Well worth getting for any Patek owner!
Hey guys, a buddy of mine is looking for a college graduation watch. He wants it to be BNIB and has a price range of right around $5-7k. He is really interested in some Panerai models but he prefers the smaller case size, and it needs to have the hours, minutes, seconds and a date. In that price range the best watch I've found is the PAM 48 which is essentially the 40mm version of the 104. 2 questions. One, are there any other recommendations you may make for him, doesn't necessarily need to be Panerai, remembering that the price has to be for a BNIB. 2. What is the real price for a PAM 48? I know it retails right around $7400 but it isn't a terribly popular model to my knowledge so I'm not sure what kind of deal I could find. Thanks in advance!
