Cartier Cartier 28658 wrist watches news:
When can a speck the size of a grain of sand stop the presses at ? When it materializes in the editor’s kidney. So begins the story of my ill-fated trip to Baselworld 2010. I arrived at Zurich airport on March 16 feeling pretty well, but by the time I had my train tickets, the stabbing pain had started. A doctor visited a few hours later at my hotel in Germany. He dispensed some pain medication and I hoped for the best, but the next morning things were worse. I ended up spending about 5 days in a German hospital where I received excellent care: in all about 15 x-rays, 4 or 5 sonograms (three administered by specialist doctors), and a CT scan, plus several visits each day and night from nurses, and plenty of medication. I generally felt the center of attention. Test results were consistently reported within a few hours. Without getting into politics, I appreciated the opportunity to experience a European health care system first hand while the health care debate raged back home. O
Just picked up a Seiko 6309-7049. (i didn't even know what it was called before my research here)First thing i did was to take it to my watchmaker and get it cleaned and serviced along with new seals and a pressure test.It runs great about +3 seconds a day I know nothing about Seiko's except for my monsters but saw this and had to have it. Its pretty beat up .......should i change the bezel? Where would i get one if i should? Its a got a few scratches in the crystal, should i get that changed as well? Again where do i find one? Should i polish the case? It appears that it never has been polished as all edges are still sharp. Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated
Couldn't resist wearing this on the new velcro, so if it goes as planned I will be posting an unboxing in the coming days.I know the sapphire sandwich is neither a true moonwatch nor NASA space qualified, but after hearing so much about the robustness of the 1861/1863 and how little have changed since Apollo 11, I'm drawn to enjoy it with a display back model. The trade off is sapphire over hesalite, which I'm ok with.Couple questions:Do we know if this model still comes with a red dot?How well has yours held up, any reports of it failing within warranty period? In terms of sourcing at MSRP $6250, would you:1) Joma at 37% off, no Omega warranty2) A non-AD in DC at 28% off, warranty another AD stamped3) Local AD with repeat business at 16% off with tax?
Having got the black version there was only one way to go.
