Last month in New York City, TAG Heuer celebrated the launch of their Carrera - Heuer 01 chronograph with a spectacular event featuring new brand ambassador Tom Brady. The Carrera - Heuer 01 is a milestone watch for TAG Heuer. Besides being a manufacture automatic chronograph at a very attractive price, it is a major product launch for the brand's new CEO, Jean-Claude Biver. Hi,I recently inherited a vintage Omega watch that has been passed through my family, but I have no information on the type of watch or a ballpark valuation. Would anybody be able to help me? A fairly average picture is here:There aren't really any distinguishing features other than that - the face says 'Swiss Made' and the name of the shop where it was (presumably) bought.Does anyone have any information which they may be able to share with me?Many thanks

My new watch this week.
Nothing fancy, just a random purchase while at the mall early this week. I must say however that for a relatively inexpensive watch, I am very impressed with it. I own a few Orient watches, and I find the metal bracelets usually feel rather cheap, but that's not the case at all with this watch. In fact, I would say that the stock bracelet is nicer and weightier than the stock bracelet that comes with the Orange Monster, and the overall quality of the watch in general is on par. Despite it's large size (44mm) I find that it sits extremely comfortably on my 6.75 inch wrist perhaps because of it's rather low profile. It came in a few color combinations, I chose the blue with red highlights/24-hour hand, but I also saw a black dial with orange highlights, and a white dial model as well.
