Best Elgin pocket watch?
This is my week for Elgins. My personal preference for best is the model 190 12 size. However experts have said the best performer is last rr model 571 because of material and design technology improvements. Showing here 4 of my other bests that are strong competition for the 190 as Elgin bests. I guess there are many bests depending on personal preferences. 12 size platinum Lord Elgin. 18 size rr Veritas. 16 size model 270 rr. Last Elgin rr model 571. Left from model 190.

Waltham question
G'day All, I have been lucky enough to relocate a watch that was given to me as a kid of 8, It was a Waltham gold case described as 21 Jewel Incabloc. Unfortunately one of the pin lugs has been broken off the case. Can this be repaired? And what does Incabloc mean. Cheers All Brian.

Being that I have limited knowledge of movements, I was wondering what the experts on these forums thought would be the best automatic movement to consider when looking for a watch falling in these catagories 1- Price range $600.00-$1200.00 (The lower price the better)lol!2- Limited supply or collectabilty (If thats a word)3 Dependability4 Resale value5 Future expectations of reliabilityAny help would be greatly appreciated.
