Cartier W10184U2 wrist watches news:
I was really never happy with the first Panorama I bought. The dial had a few imperfections and the case's gold filling was worn through in a lot of places that you could see while on the wrist.I found one last week on the bay that didn't get a lot of attention. That was probably due the fact it had an abused crystal that hid the dial and the seller's pictures were bad as well.Luckily, the dial is near mint and the case has 60% less brassing and what there is of it is on the back of the case, out of sight. I put a new crystal on it as well.
I havn't worn this one in a few weeks, I went swimming the last time I wore it. Now its pretty much toast. It's still running, but I pulled the stem so it wouldn't run, I'm afraid the crystalization will work its way into the movement. What a way to start the day. I'm going back to bed
A few months ago I went to set the time and the crown came right out! I was sad but the watch has been very good to me in the last two plus years. I had APNA change my strap and the stitching in the strap from black to white. They also did a light polish. I had them hold the watch for 6 weeks until I was in NY where they shipped it to the NY boutique and I pick Ken it up. I missed her quite a bit. Also Selin at the AP NY boutique was very helpful as was thenClearwater team. Selin also sourced one of the new ceramic bezeled 42mm¡¯s for me to see. They won¡¯t be available for sale until July. I did like it but not enough to get rid of my diver for one. And the rubber strap, we all agreed wasn¡¯t of the same quality as the diver strap. Definitely made differently. I¡¯m not a big fan of the red or gray but that¡¯s an easy fix.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
