Cartier Cartier 29239 wrist watches news:
This is posted in the GDF also, but deserves to be shown here too.Just got a package back from Jesse (omega564) and thought you guys needed to see this. I bought this from Craig (Wombat) knowing it needed some help, but wanting a blue dial vintage piece for the Longines collection. Since it had a caliber 6952 that wasn't present in the box after selling my Olympian, it was worth a roll of the dice. Besides, C-cases are cool. Here are the before shots showing the dings and scratches, each one immediately followed by the corresponding after shot:Any questions? Didn't think so! Wrist shot coming soon to a DWC thread near you!

I just purchased my first Rolex. It¡¯s an awesome time piece and the one issue I have with it is the polished center links. I¡¯m not terribly rough on my watches but I know it will get scratches. That being said, I think I want to look at replacing the bracelet for summer beach vacations/cruising. I¡¯d imagine sand could do a number on the polish on those center links.I have looked into both RubberB and Everest. I am just curious I as to what other options people are going with. Any nato or zulus on your Batman?? And lastly, how difficult is the swap?? Any specific tools needed? My AD offered to do the swap for me but I would hate to continue bringining it their every couple of weeks throughout the summer. On a side note, he offered to polish the links once a year free of charge as well.
