- Got this the other day and wore it today and love it. It's very expensive looking and very comfortable to wear. Also the face is very easy to read. This is a winner.

Cartier WJ124005 wrist watches news:
This watch was listed as a running, mens watch, with a 986 movement.I had no recollection of the style in the catalogs. I assumed it was likely a womens model and not a 'jobber' case model because the enamel dial says 'Hamilton' and not 'Hamilton movement'.So, I took a chance thinking a running 986 might be useful at some point. It arrived and I popped the case open to see it is indeed a 986A movement, and the case is factory marked Hamilton 14kgf.But, the only model close to this one in the catalogs is the 1926 ladies cushion with a 986A. But, the case is not an exact match. Would there have been other case variations that were not pictured, even this early in the evolution of the 'wristwatch'? What are the thoughts of the experts?
My new conquest (black ceramic version) on the rubber strap.......sorry for the i-phone pics, it's too black and i love it!!!!!!....black ceramic bezel, black ceramic dial and silver hands!!!!!!....great combo!!!
A franken Rutledge..............item 110529837899Please tell me I am wrong - that there just may have been one or two sneak out of the factory with applied yellow gold numerals and hands.. Otherwise this is sacrilege.
