- only draw back is the winding mechanism. if you don't wear it for a day or two it stops working and then resetting the date is a pain.

Cartier 2618 wrist watches news:
Hey Guys,Sunday I did a lume comparison shot of the new White Gold Submariner and the 16613 Submariner. I saw something interesting - typically when I compare a Maxi Dial Rolex (like the Yacht-Master for example) to a non-Maxi Dial Rolex (like my 16613), the Maxi Dial Rolex will appear to have a brighter dial. Most agree this is becuase there's more surface area on the maxi-dial hands and markers on which to apply SuperLuminova, there for it has a brigher glow. However, the new White Gold Submariner uses a new SuperLuminova formulation which allows the markers to glow in a different color than the traditional green SuperLuminova glow of years past. In the case of the White Gold Submariner (and the new Deep Sea) they've been given a blue lume glow. When I processed the photos from Sunday, I noticed that the blue lume White Gold Submariner had a somewhat muted quality to the glow...the non-maxi dial 16613 appeared to have a brighter dial to my eye. So I decided to see what my Yacht
I received an email from Debaufre.Sale prices on most (if not all watches). For example, Ocean 1 GMT is $515 and an Ocean 1 is $425. Prices are on the website.
Hello all,I want to breath some new life into an old victorinox officer's watch I have. I'm looking for a top quality watchband that can get wet and wont stay soaked like leather as it can stain work shirts. What kind of rubber, or is it silicon, or other type should I get and where?I was thinking something like this:or a bit flashier:as I quite like the thick bands on panerais and divers watches..Other suggestions are also always welcome!Regards
I'm due to visit NYC this summer and 'her indoors' has mentioned she fancies one of these. It looks really nice.Does anyone own one?Any help or advice appreciated.
Have an old Omega Constellation 18k face I think? with a leather wrist strap, my question is the face is all scratched, can I have the watch tuned up and replace the face to saphire crystal? also do they sell a leather strap that is Omega? seems when my dad replaced the strap he just used a regular leather strap. I would want the orig. omega strap.Where can this be done, any watch maker with good skills (I know one, who replaced the crown on my Tag Heuer) or does it have to be an Omega dealer?thanks for your help!!BTW... I was looking on ebay and saw a watch that looks exactly like it, it was listed as Constellation 18k I think. I think only the hour markers and watch arms are 18k right?
