To celebrate fifty years of James Bond films, Omega is releasing a special update of the popular Seamaster Diver 300m James Bond watch which has been worn by 007 in every adventure since GoldenEye. The James Bond 007 50th Anniversary Collector’s Piece has been created in two sizes, 41 mm and 36.25 mm. Find wallpaper images inside. The lacquered black dial features a 007 monogram. The 41 mm version has 11 applied indexes; the 36.35 mm watch has ten with a diamond index at the 7 o’clock position. Picked up another Lord Elgin Thin Thin A
One thing I've noticed with the 9815 case, is that it comes in two variants. One is that the case is brushed on the side all the way around and the other, like this one, is only brushed between the lugs and the rest of the sides are polished.So I added a NOS dial, a NOS crown, and a NOS JB Champion center expansion band. The original seller said it didn't run or wind, but it turned out is all that it needed as a new arbor stem and a gentle tap on the gears and it has been running like a top ever since. It even came with the original box! I know I already have a Thin Thin A, but I think I can justify because of the variant case

AP Band Leather Strap -Received Defective Item?
Hi Everyone,I just received an AP Band Capolavoro Black Alligator Strap for my ROO, but it seems like the leather is defective? It's my first watch and also my first time purchasing leather straps so I'm not sure if that's just the nature of real leather/crocodile leather? It also looks very dry...I was really looking forward to putting these on and finally wearing my watch since the AP leather strap is on backorder and wouldn't be available for another 4 weeks...Should I contact AP Bands about it?

Vintage Gondolo Purchase
Recently purchased a 18K gold vintage Patek Gondolo watch. The case size is about 25mm by 44mm. Believe the dial and movement are 100% original. Seemed like an original and very good quality watch, and I have always liked this style watch, so I pulled the trigger. I will be obtaining the archive papers from Patek, but I believe the watch is from 1926. I just have always found the flamboyant Patek's from the 1920's to be very interesting watches. Plus this style watch is large enough to still be stylish with the trend of larger watches. As an added bonus, the watch keeps excellent time.

Is this a valid Datejust combination?
Hi there,I'm a newbite and hoping those with experience can help me verify what is and is not a valid Datejust combination.I am looking for a Datejust, 31mm, Steel and White Gold, Fluted, Roman, with a SILVER DIAL.I've been presented this configuration as an option at an AD and have seen it for sale online, but I can't build it as a configuration on rolex; I only see a RHODIUM dial as an option.Can anybody clarify why I'm seeing this discrepancy?Thank you!
