- I use this for my aerobic workouts. I was suprised how my heart rate did not go over 130, except when I really push it. That means I am in good shape ( not ) or am just lazy.
It is usefull to achieve peak performance in the athlete. For the rest of us, it lets us know that it is OK to work harder. - ----

Hello allI am a new member, i joined today!!I am looking for any info on my Omega Geneve Dynamic, such as date and model number.I bought it from a friend in 1978, it was secondhand when i bought it, cost me my first ever weeks wage. The watch has date window and is a wind up watch. That is basically all i know.I have looked on various sites to try and find it, but cannot find one like it because mine has numbers on the face where all others i found do not have numbers.Thank you very muchMark
Hi guys,Just new her and know nothing about watches except Ive inherited one that I know nothing about. I cant really give much information except the pics attached and a few markings I have found. On the watch face are the words "OMEGA AUTOMATIC" underneath the Omega symbol. The word "Seamaster" appears mid face in a script type of lettering and beneath the number six are the words "SWISS MADE". On the back of the watch are the words "SEAMASTER" and "WATERPROOF". On the band there are also several markings. On the first link is says "MADE IN W GERMANY", on the second link it has the letter "R" a symbol and then the letter "I" and then 7/1. On the third link it has the words "ROLLED GOLD" followed by some more words that I think are in another language. The fourth link has the words "STAINLESS STEEL BACK" once again followed by some more foreign looking words. The fifth has what looks like some patent numbers and the sixth and all remaining links have "FIXO-FLEX" stamped on them. The w

I am experiencing a bit of a dilemma and im hoping to get some feedback and advice from the forum.I recently purchased a 5110g with box and papers, and really do love the watch. However, a 5110p also just came up, and im thinking of trading in the 5110g for the 5110p. My question is this...a) should I trade up, and b) assuming both are in the same relative condition and I really like the look of both, how much cash should I add to the trade in order for it to make sense. I'd be going from a 5110g (box + papers) to a 5110p (box + extract from the archives). as always, I appreciate everyones thoughts.
Hi Folks, any recommendations for specialist insurance for jewellery in The Netherlands that covers you in the home and travelling in Europe against the usual damage and theft? The usual household companies are no good as they are for normal household and a few specified high value items. I have general household insurance, I need a specialist jewellery only insurance. The Dutch Association of Insurers gave me a list of all its members, but it's beyond me to go through all these telephoning them as most are just for general household insurance.
