- Classy looking. Description should indicate unisex. Very large for a woman's wrist. Will still wear it though. If it was just a bit er it would be perfect. Can't beat the price though.

i dont know if this has been posted before but is kind of a good story.rolexblog.blogspot/2008/0...lex-story.html
Quite a while ago I bought my father a Hamilton Selfwinding watch. When the gold tone started wearing off the band was removed but misplaced. This was 25-30 years ago I believe. The band is very unusual, I think. Here is the watch. Here is a close-up of the lugs.I've been searching for a band but I think it will be tough to turn one of these types up. Would anyone here know where to find one?
hi there. While i'm at it with my 'new' watches. can someone please help identify this Roamer watch for me? I'm guessing (again) a late 50's, early 60's watch because of the movement which is an MST430 and the 'crown' above the Roamer name. It also needs a new crystal with the magnifier date so any help in sourcing that item would be appreciated!Thanks!DSC_3355.jpgDSC_3357.jpg
Thought I'd share this brilliant piece with the fellas!
My Planet Ocean Chrono 9300 arrived today. I got the black bezel with the orange numeral 12. My only thought in wearing the watch is that the orange numeral is basically hidden with the chrono second hand in the 12:00 position. A small part of me wishes there was more visible color in the watch. Maybe i might have enjoyed the 8500 more? All of Omega's photos of the Chrono do not show the second hand at 12:00 so I never thought of this issue until today. Do any of you guys just set the chrono seconds hand in a different position just for the purpose of viewing the orange 12?
