- It is beautiful. I have quite a few croton watches and this one is exquisite. Can wear it casual or dressy. Very pleased with the value as well.

Cartier WE5001X1 wrist watches news:
G'day guys, I will come clean and say right off the bat that I normally hang around a bit on the Rolex forum. Please don't hold it against me! I have a couple of their diver watches and will soon be looking to get something a bit different - another iconic piece - The Navitimer.I have seen various versions of the Navitimer and I'm curious to see what you all think about them.I love the history of the watch and have decided it will be my first "pilots" watch. From what I can gather, the one to get is with the 7750 tri compax layout. They also seem to come with either the hour batons or arabic numerals. Which style is favoured by you all? Is one more traditional than the other?I normally prefer a bracelet but the Navitimer also looks great on the leather strap. Any opinions on the Navitimer bracelet? Are there any things I should pay particular attention to on the watch before selecting one? Any common "faults" that I should look out for?
I'm new to this forum and registered hoping you guys can help me.I've been in the market for a new watch and fell in love with a Longines I saw in a mall jewelry store. I think it's from the Flagship collection, L4.718.4.52.6. The list price on the watch was $1900.00 but they were selling it for about half that. I almost bought it on the spot but my wife convinced me to investigate. I did an online search for that model number and came up with a massive amount of replicas of that particular watch. The mall jewelry store is not an authorized dealer and now I'm concerned that the watch, for that price, may be a replica. What are the chances and how can I tell?
Hey guys, I hope that this is the right forum to post this in.I was wondering if there was anyone here who would be willing to give some advice on switching out a crappy quartz movement on a watch with a decent automatic. This is kinda a DIY type of project and any help would be appreciated. I should know soon if the project is "physically" possible (i.e. everything will fit), its the actual placing that I am worried about.I know some of you guys like to tinker with your watches a bit, so I hope my questions can be answered. Those questions include:How to remove the hands? How to attach the hands?*insert others as I explore this more*thanks for the help guys!
Now the movement is close to been stripped down the the last piece.
I've been on this forum for a few hours now and can't remember seeing any Datejust threads. These watches are just not in play at all even as new relases, so hope Rolex take a good look at the forums and SM hype, and see they need to drastically alter production to suit where demand and interest really lies.
