Cartier Cartier 26375 wrist watches news:
Hey guys...I should be receiving this one next week. After a TON of deliberation of which watch on my wish list to pick for my 39th birthday I decided to go with the Seiko Sportura SNL043P2. I wanted a Seiko and a kinetic and just fell in love with this one. I'll post pics once I get it but here's a stock photo...can't wait!
Hi all,I will soon have a ceramic diver, very excited, one of the reasons why I always wanted one is that they are almost unscratchable, but of course in case of a serious shock or ding they can dent or break. I heard of some breaking the case, wanted to know if anyone already dented or broke a ceramic part, bezel, case, crown or pushers, and if yes how did it happen? As I understand the ceramic used by AP is top notch, just on looks they explode the competition, and I'm sure they are very hard, but did hear some stories or watches being dropped on tile floors and breaking, has this happened to you or anyone you know?I am not a die hard AP fan, I like many models but some less, but the AP ceramic is second to none, I saw a ceramic Pam last week, it's nice but it's only brushed ceramic, AP mixes brushed and polished with these vertical lines, it's clearly awesome, I'm glad I could secure a BNIB one from AP and would like to say that the AP customer service was top notch, Panerai is awful
So i'm sure many of you remember last week I had purchased an AP Legacy and posted several pictures of it. Well, over the weekend I was only wearing it around the house and because of it's HUGE 48mm size, the ceramic octagonal crown was digging into my wrist and hurt because of the sharp point. I could'nt screw down the crown anymore to change the angle and if I tried to unscrewed it a bit to change the angle of the crown and to make it not be so uncomfortable, i feared water would get in it and didn't want to take such a big risk with such a $$ watch. Another negative about the watch is, the bullet proof strap was starting to frey a bit, and i could only imagine what it would look like after a couple of months... also, the strap isn't waterproof because of the leather underside of the strap, so I could never swim with it or shower or anything.. it would be just a once in a while watch which I already own in my collection.. I really loved it so much, but these were things that hit me w
I have bought/sold many watches last year ie( offshores , tt daytona, lv and sea dweller). My current collection is ( ROO elephant, ROO vampire, tt datejust 16013).last week I got the chance to buy tt submariner ceramic blue dial and to my surprise i loved it alot and asked my self why i did not think of it before . I bought it from AD brand new with all stickers at a perfect price and before wearing it i read here that there is probably a new movement coming to the professional line soon the 3235 which makes me felt a bit annoyed. I dont want to wear a watch that after a couple of months will be offered with updated movement thus i kept the watch in my drawer and waiting unpatiantly to basel this year. What do you guys think?? Noting that i bought the watch and may sell it to grey dealer for profit also
My AD has been very good to me this year!I received a call from my friendly AD asking me if I wanted an early Xmas present to accompany my Daytona SS ceramic in white that I picked up in February. ABSOLUTELY!! Even with the apparent scarcity of many SS models at ADs around the world, my AD received recently some pieces and gave me the opportunity to purchase a Daytona SS ceramic in BLACK!I thought my watch budget was all used up in 2017 but how do you turn down owning both new Daytonas in white AND black dials! Without a doubt I have been very fortunate this year :)Both white and black dials are stunning. I still like the white dial more; however, the understated black dial is growing on me and definitely wears differently and visually larger on the wrist. Time will tell which one I prefer more. Choosing a watch to wear in the morning has certainly gotten more difficult! Hahaha!I have included a few pics:Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
