Cartier Cartier 44002 wrist watches news:
It was interesting for several reasons.I went to look for a Speedmaster Pro, fully knowing the wife would say no, however she didn't have to. I didn't like them. I also learned that some shops have very rude and arrogant people working for them, especially the first Omega dealer I went to.I did find a watch I really liked; a Breitling Super Ocean in black and the owner was very nice and gave me an OTD price of 2K. My wife said no, ofcourse. We went to two other dealers. The Rolex people were also super nice even though I told them up front I couldn't afford one but she pulled out a Sea Dweller anyhow and I tried it on, honestly shocked at how light and small it was compared to my Seamaster. She also had my wife trying on some of the ladies Rolex, she liked the SS with the copper face best, but not for 5K!Fortunatley the last dealer Rolex and Omega were also more than happy to let us browse and remarked how nice my White GMT was, but alas I left empty handed.Later that night my wife

I'm getting married in January and I think it'd be really cool to get my groomsmen watches as their gift (hopefully they agree). I'm leaning toward Orient just because my own experience with their watches has been so good, and want to go with a classy looking watch on a leather strap that'll look good with their tuxes. The 60th Anniversary hand-wind edition would be perfect but it's out of the price range, unfortunately:So out of these, which do you think is best to give as a gift?CEV0M002B (might be a little too expensivenot sure):CFNAA007B (the groomsman who has an Orient has one from this line so I'd have to get him something different):CEVAD001B:"Metro" CDBAA003A (probably too sporty, but other opinions are welcome):All photos from the web.I know some about their current watches, but not sure how much it should dictate my decision:My brother (best man) has a Tag Aquaracer and a Christopher Ward C5, both on SS.One groomsman has a tonneau Orient on SS that I convinced him to get as a
On the PP site it shows that April 11 is full moon, but if I google my current location it shows April 10 as full moon. Sooo, which date is correct?..
I have an opportunity to purchase this Patek Philippe platinum watch (I don't believe it comes with box or papers), and I was wondering if any of you experts could tell me a little about the watch and what it might be worth used. I'm normally a Rolex/Omega guy, and I don't know much about Patek watches. Thanks in advance for your help!
