Hey guys,Can you put a bracelet on a Field Auto Chrono if it was purchased with a strap? (H71556737)I know that say, the current Jazzmaster Auto Chrono won't let you go the other way around: i.e. if you buy the strap version, you can't put a bracelet on it because it won't line up, but you can go from bracelet to a strap. Is this the case with the Khaki Field Auto Chrono as well? If so, where can I purchase the bracelet and/or replacement straps? Anyone tried ordering direct? Thanks!optiontips.in

Today's Field Find
Ran one of my traps today, & found this. It's a '54 Lawton. Haven't tried to polish the case or Crystal yet, but the case is in VG to VG+ condition. No brassing or scratches. Caseback shows fine scratches. Very light scuff on the high point of the high domed crystal. Appears to be correct crown, not worn. Band isn't origonal but it is probably period correct, Donavon 10k GF. Will be replaced with a strap. The dial could be an older redial, not sure. One small spot just above the 5, otherwise, slight patena, but nothing I can't live with. Don't know how common these are, but it's the first one I've run across. Really a nice looking fancy case. It goes without saying that it's running strong, & keeping good time.Sorry about the bad picture, I'm still working on it.my watches 179.jpg

In an effort to help a friend score his first Rolex I sold him my 216570 Polar¡..at something of a deal. So, I decided to pocket a bit and pick up a non-Rolex, whitey. I¡¯m really pretty stoked about this piece. It¡¯s really nice. Pay attention to the color variation in the bezel, we will be discussing this later when my BLRO shows up.
