Invicta 10928 wrist watches news:
Earlier this month, Swiss manufacturer Roger Dubuis introduced their entirely new La Mon¨¦gasque line of watches within the historic Monte Carlo district of Monaco. The venue served as the inspiration for the young brand, who refers to their newest creations as "an ode to gaming, glamour and the Riviera." In their attempt to capture this spirit, they've built no less than eight models to comprise the La Mon¨¦gasque collection. We were there, and we've got the skinny on the best of the new releases.?Roger Dubuis (first seen here) has managed to scale their manufacturing capabilities to near 100% since their inception in 1995. Production is handled entirely within the walls of their Geneva facilities, where every watch that comes out the door carries the coveted Geneva Seal. For the La Mon¨¦gasque collection, new calibers were designed and built, meant to embody the next generation of manufacturing abilities for the marque. One in particular caught my eye during the release event, the RD540
I got home from work today and there was a package on my deck,so I brought it in and got my camera to get some shots of it:I was so excited to see the Orange Monster in person:The packaging was very well done and there was a brand new Seiko box inside,I opened it up and there it was:A brand new Seiko Diver, wrapped up very nicely in plastic,so I carefully removed it to take a few more shots:What a beautiful watch,I'm usually not into orange dials, but the dial on this one really fits the style. This is one mean looking watch. The fit and finish is flawless as expected for a Seiko and the lume compares to my Omega Seamaster, very bright. The bezel turns really smooth,it has a very precision feel to it.My first impression of this diver gets two big thumbs up I'll share my thoughts after a week or so to give a final review of it.I'm sure this is old hat to most of you guys, but this is my first Seiko diver,so I'm kind of excited a couple more pixs:
I am flying to London soon and I was wondering if anyone here knows the current retail price of the 5296G-010 and how much VAT will be actually deducted at the airport. I know the VAT rate is 20% but guys like Global Blue understandably take a chunk out of that for themselves.Appreciate your input.
Estatic, NIB for a great discount. Tournau has offered a 3 year warranty that covers any damage I inflict, replacement of bands due to wear, sweat, etc. and cover a complete servicing. This is over an above the manufacturer warranty that only covers internal defects. Based on the cost of a band and a full service, the 500 seems like a no brainier to me. Any comments or past experiences they can share with me?
From Watchfinder & Co.Maybe less surprising for those of us here.
