Longines L 3.257.4.57.2 wrist watches news:
Though the definition is often stretched and the term is bandied about tirelessly in marketing, we tend to think of a manufacture as a watch company that makes its watches under one roof. Should we call Corum the manufacture with five roofs? I, for one, prefer their own metaphor of the hand.
Forgive my ignorance, I've never been aware of this function on the Khaki Field Chronos, and have never found any information regarding it in any of the Hamilton manuals. Is it an actuality, and if so, how does it work? Thanks.
Saw one of these for the first time yesterday. Wow, what a awsome watch. It's one of those watches that looks even better on. Almost tempted to trade in my Rolex Yacht Master for that. How do they hold up value wise? I would probably get the chrono version.
Looking for a little advice on some watch straps. The straps that came with some of my purchases are a bit shabby. After a recent purchase of a strap that was advertised as leather but seems more plastic than anything else, seems the strap can either ruin or make the watch. So just browsing about I have come across four brands that seem popular and I like the look of most of their ranges, so some opinions appreciated about these brands please. Price range would be up $50 so not at the top end of these companies products. I have a Hadley Roma alligator grain on the way, hope this one is a lot better than my previous leather strap purchase. I noticed quite an influx of Speedies here lately, so I took the liberty to make a sig image that shows membership in the Space Club. Feel free to use it if you want to.You can just link to the image below.
