Red seal on watch caseback missing...
Okay guys, I need some advice.As Zin knows, my beloved Speedy has been in the shop for seven weeks now. It's with the Swiss Service Group in Clearwater, Florida. They have been extremely nice and helpful. I got my Tissot Seastar 1000 back and it's working beautifully. Here goes...Do all Omegas have the red dot paint seal on the back to show it's been factory sealed? When I bought mine from Jared it DID NOT have a red dot.So now I'm wondering if the watch needed repair and Jared did it and it broke again eight months after I bought it. I've written to Maria at aftersales@omega.ch tonight and await her answer.Should I be concerned? Thanks Peeps!MacDaddy

What one or two things are you NOT concerned about when buying a watch? For me it's lume. Don't care if any of my watches have it. What's yours; strap material, buckle type, movements, markers...?

Accident or something normal?
I just read this article about Philippe Dufour, I knew his work is impeccable here is not the problem, the problem is that for comparison they have put pics of movements from high end brands, and the one from Patek is just shameful finishing wise, I understand that not all Patek movements are finished to perfection and that some easily rival Dufour's finishing when it comes down to 500K plus models, but even for the lesser expensive Pateks is it possible that some can be sold like this??? Do you think this is a bad finished movement that passed through QC or is this normal finishing for let's say movements of their least expensive pieces? In any case that's why I never wanted to look at any movements I have owned with a loupe as I would be quite disappointed if I had such a finished movement. Would be interested to hear what you think, thanks in advance Small edition point, forget the other pics, forget Dufour, just look at the Patek movement pic and tell me if you think it is normal f

Pam 233 r serial cert booklet question
Although typed 233 info inside booklet is correct, outside title contains chrono and ceramic? Can anyone confirm theirs is like this? I got from a very reputable grey dealer, but still wondered about this. The papers are Italian. Thanks. uploadfromtaptalk1455073939207.jpg
