- Beautiful! This is a really lovely watch, well made, and impressive looking at a fantastic price! It was easy to have it resized at a local watch kiosk in the mall, and my wife gets compliments on it all the time!

Cartier Cartier 52944 wrist watches news:
Swarovski is making bold moves, ladies! (Guys, be at least idly aware). While other brands are scaling back and trying to focus on how to stay relevant in these times - Swarovski is taking their beloved crystals and developing their own line of watches, to properly exhibit the beauty - on a timepiece. My initial thought upon seeing the new line of watches from Swarovski was that it looks so familiar I tried to think of the exact predominantly women's brands that it reminded me of, and then I realized - all of them. Chanel - Dior - Nixon - Tag Heuer. You cannot escape those immediate parallels. The comparisons to the Dior Christal Collection and the Chanel J12 are too clear. But, with changing markets and a severe change in consumer spending, it is adaptations like this - with crystal instead of sapphires or diamonds - that will really help people and brands carry through to the other side of this recession. Give them what they want - compromise a little it - and still get a great prod
This seems like old news, doesn't it? Well, that's because Swatch, which made their intentions clear about cutting back on the supply of ETA movements several years ago, has been sued a number of times by a number of different watch firms in hopes of keeping the flow alive. But, finally, it is becoming clear that Swatch does not have to sell its movements to competitors and in this weekend's NY Times, there is an interesting article on the matter. It is interesting to hear what Olivier Muller of Laurent Ferrier has to say about things, especially after being a Swatch exec in the past.Click here for the full article.Btw, was anyone else shocked to hear that the average Hublot costs $27,000? Editor's Note: There was another article in this weekend's NY Times about the current state of the sport watch category, in which our very own Jason Heaton is quoted. Click here for that.
Hello all. I finally decided to invest reasonable amount of money to watch I wear. I am fed up with cheap quartz movements and quality of Chinese workmanship. Omega was the obvious choice. I have chosed 3 models and haven't slept for 2 nights reading, comparing and selecting...1. 2531.80. James Bond. Classic blue, etc. Extremely beautiful watch.2. 2254.50. A cult non-Bond edition. Black. Extremely beautiful watch with cult following.3. 3250.50. Impossible to get new (the only CON), but I like this most of all, because of the extra DAY hand (VERY big PRO). I would like to have your professional opinion about those: movements inside, durability, known issues, value after 20 years, etc. Thank you. Thank you very much.
I have a Miyota watch that has suddenly developed a problem with the minute hand. Sudden movements make the minute hand move on it's own as if it is loose. Is this something that can be fixed, or am I stuck with a bad watch now. I hope that I may be able to repair this problem since this watch has some sentimental value to me.
If I was to (try) and get one of the above models. Is there a particular year that is better than others ?(better movement etc..).I know the prices are crazy lately(have been for a while) but I’ve always liked the model and would like to try and get one before the prices increase to an even more dizzy height that makes it a crazy purchase. It’s only a question, don’t go crazy on me!.
